Our Warranty Commitment

Quality Granite, Cabinets & Flooring proudly stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering installation and labor for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the products were installed. This warranty applies solely to defects in workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care or maintenance, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any physical damage to materials or installations, including but not limited to chips, cracks, scratches, or stains caused after installation, is excluded from this warranty.

Manufacturer warranties on materials (including but not limited to cabinetry, stone, flooring, and tile) are separate and will be passed on to the customer where applicable. Quality Granite, Cabinets & Flooring does not manufacture these products and is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating warranty claims when possible. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by parties other than Quality Granite, Cabinets & Flooring may void this warranty.

At Quality Granite, Cabinets & Flooring, we believe in complete transparency and straightforward pricing. Once a contract is signed, the agreed-upon price is locked in. No hidden fees, no surprise costs.

The contract reflects the full scope of work, materials, and services as agreed upon at the time of signing. Any changes, additions, or upgrades requested after the contract has been executed will require a separate written agreement outlining the revised scope and associated costs. No additional work will be performed without customer approval of these changes. This ensures that our customers maintain full control over their project and budget from start to finish.
